Processing and Fulfillment
All orders are processed and printed carefully upon receipt. Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to prepare and dispatch from our fulfillment facility.
Transit Times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time within our primary shipping region is 3 to 5 business days. Please note that remote locations or carrier delays may occasionally cause minor extensions in transit times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. We occasionally offer promotional free shipping thresholds, which will be highlighted on our homepage.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. KAMIKAI cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can update it before dispatch.
